Event Overview

To learn more about strategies for managing workplace stress, the University of Michigan Depression Center and the Ann Arbor District Library will present a Bright Nights community forum entitled, “Managing Workplace Stress: Tips and Strategies” on Tuesday, November 12, from 7:00-8:30 p.m. in the Multi-Purpose Room of the downtown Ann Arbor District Library (corner of S. Fifth Ave. and William).

Representatives from the Depression Center's Workplace Mental Health Program will give a brief presentation on the impact of workplace stress and discuss strategies for improving wellbeing. The presentation will be followed by questions and discussion with a panel of experts including Dr. John Greden, Dr. Michele Riba, and Dr. Sagar Parikh.

Bright Nights is open to the public and there is no charge for attendance.
